Sweet Comic Valentine

       My daughters got up early and baked our valentine cake. While I am busy making a duvet cover to fit our old raggedy fill (well,not quite-I had to do some repair though).
       They baked and ate some of the batter. After the a few minutes in the oven, they took the pan out because they wanted a heart shaped pan instead. Then again halfway in the oven they noticed the pan was leaking when it started to smell. Off it went to another pan, and still licking some of the batter.
        They were so excited to report. "We finally baked it and have icing on it !! come look, but just to warn you, it fell apart while moving it to the tray, sorry !"
        Indeed it baked into a tiny half sized chocolate cake. They had candles that we all blew.
